One last thing — a family contact

If you go quiet on the site, this person gets a gentle notice so they know you're okay. You choose how often they check in.

Every 3 days Every 7 days Every 14 days I consent to my family contact receiving check-in notices only.

They'll only ever get a check-in notice — never your messages, location, or profile details. You can change this anytime in settings.
